Franchise application fee

The franchise application fee of Rs 5,000 is paid after your first call with our franchise team and unlocks the detailed Franchise Kit. It is adjusted against the franchise fee when the franchise agreement is signed. Refund terms for this fee are set out in the Franchise Kit and the signed agreement.

Site evaluation fees

Fees for additional video site surveys, market surveys and physical site visits cover work already carried out by the brand team and are not refundable.

Franchise fee, deposits and other payments

The franchise fee, refundable deposits and all other payments are governed by the signed franchise agreement, including when and how refundable amounts are returned.

Food orders

For food ordered at an outlet or through a delivery platform, please contact the outlet or the platform directly for any cancellation or refund.

Write to franchise@doorkatandoor.com with your name, mobile number, enquiry number and payment details. We respond within 7 working days.
