About the opportunity
No. Our recipes, SOPs and a trained kitchen team placed by the brand do the heavy lifting. What we do need is your involvement - outlets where the owner stays engaged, especially in the first six months, perform best.
DKT Adda, a standalone shop with dining, takeaway and car dining; and DKT On Wheels, a food trailer, truck or container for locations where a suitable shop is not available.
Over the coming year we are opening partner outlets across Uttar Pradesh and into Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. Tell us your city in the enquiry form and we will tell you honestly if it fits.
Yes, always. No non-vegetarian item is stored, cooked or served at any outlet, or even in staff accommodation. It is a condition of the franchise agreement, not a guideline.
Investment & fees
The total outlet investment is approximately ₹24-25 lakh, of which ₹4.10 lakh is refundable. Shop rent advance and staff accommodation are additional.
The brand fee, refundable deposits, kitchen equipment, interiors, furniture, opening stock and working capital. A large part of it becomes equipment, interiors and furniture that remain your own assets.
Yes - a monthly royalty and marketing fund on gross sales, which fund training, audits, new dishes and brand marketing. All terms are shared openly in the Franchise Kit.
It is paid after your first call and unlocks the detailed Franchise Kit with the full investment break-up, operations, staffing, fees and terms. It is adjusted against your franchise fee when you sign.
Yes, many partners use part own funds and part bank finance. We only ask that funding is confirmed before outlet setup begins.
We will not promise a number, because it would not be honest - returns depend on location, footfall, rent and how the outlet is run. Our founder walks every serious applicant through the real working on his call.
Location, team & launch
A ground-floor site on a main road or a busy market with strong evening footfall, visibility and parking - or an approved spot for a trailer, with NOCs. We evaluate every site with you before approval.
Yes. No other Door Ka Tandoor outlet opens within your protected territory during your term. The exact terms are in the Franchise Kit.
We recruit, train and place the kitchen team at your outlet. Their salary, food and accommodation are the partner’s responsibility.
About 10-12 weeks from the first call, depending on how quickly a site is finalised and approved.
