Mechanical Testing Facilities
We test every product from Jhas in our Mechanical Testing Facility to make sure it will last and can be trusted.
We put all of the metals and other materials that make up our hardware and seals through strict tests for tensile, compression, and fatigue. These tests prove that the strength, toughness, and load capacity are real when put to the test in the real world.
Before we send anything to our customers, we check every seal and part to make sure it meets international standards. We do everything from small sample checks to full product validations to make sure this happens.
MATERIAL & METAL ANALYSIS LABORATORY
All of our Jhas products come from our Material & Metal Lab.
In this section, we look at the chemical makeup and microscopic structure of the metals and alloys we use to make our products. The best materials for security seals and industrial fittings are found through extensive testing that looks at how well they resist tampering, how well they protect against corrosion, and how long they last.
To make sure the quality is always the same, our in-house lab checks the coating and surface treatment on each batch.
PROCESS DEVELOPMENT & INNOVATION CENTER
This is what makes Jhas think of new things.
Our Process Innovation team is always trying to improve die design, wire drawing, molding, and finishing so that the products work better and are more consistent. We clean up, improve, and speed up the manufacturing process with the help of smart tools, automation, and new ways of making things.
